I bought a Ford Taurus here about 3 years ago. While it has had the occasional hiccup, as most cars do, my experience with Platinum Auto sales was stellar. They were not pushy at all, patient with us, and very reasonable negotiators.all around great experience - I highly recommend them!
So my first experience with them was two years ago when i first moved to Utah from new York. i googled dealerships in the area and after visiting one i came across this one. Juan was the one who helped me but all the guys there are awesome! he got me into a 2012 Mitsubishi Galant and for two years it has done me well. I recently went and got a new car because i sold my old one and they helped me out so much. They have always been there to answer any questions i have had and have never complained about my constant visits. In this day and age, businesses rely on reviews - buyers rely on them as well. However, it is very important to remember prior to making a large purchase - and commitment - you have a responsibility to do your homework. Reviews can't possibly cover all of the bases necessary. Small dealerships typically do not send their vehicles through a stringent 150 point inspection, as do larger dealerships (the cost of the inspection is then added to the purchase price). I got a sense that the owner of this dealership is very selective as to which vehicles he will puts on his lot, though. That said, it was important to me that I had an inspection done prior to purchasing the vehicle I wanted at Platinum. Brady and Juan were very open-minded about this, had nothing to hide, and even allowed me to take the vehicle for one full day so that I ccould get the inspection done. I am still amazed at how accommodating they were. I never felt pressured or hurried while I was taking the necessary steps to make sure that the vehicle checked out. All the vehicle needed was an oil and filter change, which the owner was more than happy to take care of for me. My experience at Platinum was the most pleasant I have ever had when buying a vehicle. I would recommend it to anyone.

My engine broke on my old car and I needed a new car quickly. After doing much research, test driving, and dealing with people who claim certain cars as having a clean title (but absolutely didn’t!), Platinum Auto was honest and such a pleasure to work with! It was a breath of fresh air amidst all of the stress I was dealing with. Their knowledge on cars was very helpful as I only know the basics. They made sure I knew everything about my new car. They are good people with only the best intentions and I am very greatful for them and all the help they gave me!!
